Terms of Service
Effective: August 9, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Suo (suoz.ai), a node-based AI image and video generation service operated by Dejavu Studio LLC ("Suo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Suo provides a canvas for orchestrating third-party AI models (text-to-image, image editing, video generation) using prepaid credits. Features may change as the service evolves.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Credits and payment
Generation is paid with prepaid credits ($1 = 100 credits). Per-model pricing is shown on the Pricing page and may change; the price in effect at generation time applies. Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Suo to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights (including copyright and likeness rights), or violates the usage policies of the underlying model providers. We may refuse or remove content and suspend accounts for violations.
5. Your content and outputs
You retain rights to the prompts and images you upload, and you are responsible for having the rights to use them. Subject to the underlying model providers' terms, we claim no ownership over your generated outputs. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process your content to operate the service.
6. Third-party models
Generations are fulfilled by third-party providers (e.g. OpenAI, Volcengine). Their availability, quality, and content policies are outside our control, and their terms may apply to generated outputs.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Disclaimer; limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time; contact support to delete your account. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Referral program
Suo may offer referral rewards: invited users can receive bonus credits, and inviters can earn commission credits based on their invitees' paid spending. All such rewards are promotional bonus credits: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or refunded, and are consumed before purchased credits. Self-referral, duplicate, fake, or automated accounts, and other abuse may result in cancellation of rewards and account suspension. We may adjust reward rates or modify, suspend, or end the program at any time; bonus credits already granted remain usable in the service.
