Refund Policy

Effective: August 9, 2026

Suo is operated by Dejavu Studio LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains how refunds work for prepaid credits purchased on suoz.ai.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits charged for that attempt are automatically returned to your balance. No action is needed.

Unused balance

You may request a refund of your unused purchased credit balance within 14 days of the corresponding purchase. Promotional bonus credits (such as sign-up gifts and referral rewards) have no cash value and are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Contact [email protected] from your account email with the purchase details.

Consumed credits

Credits already spent on completed generations are non-refundable.

Email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — most issues can be resolved directly.
