Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Dejavu Studio LLC ("we") handles your information when you use Suo (suoz.ai).
What we collect
Account: email address, name, and avatar (from Google sign-in where used), plus securely hashed credentials. Usage: your canvases, prompts, uploaded reference images, generated outputs, generation history, and credit transactions. Technical: session cookies required for login. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
To operate the service: run generations, maintain your balance and history, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Where content lives
Canvas data lives in our database; uploaded and generated media are stored in object storage (Cloudflare R2). Access to your content is restricted to your account.
Third parties
Model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Volcengine): your prompts and reference images are transmitted to them to fulfill generations, subject to their privacy terms. Stripe: payment processing — card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Infrastructure: Google Cloud (hosting) and Cloudflare (network and storage). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and associated content, email [email protected]; we will process verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal record-keeping duties (e.g. payment records).
